1. No official affiliation
"IELTS" is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP Education Australia, and Cambridge Assessment English. "CELPIP" is a registered trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises. Bandleep uses these names only to describe the exams our practice material is designed to help you prepare for. We do not represent any of these organisations, and using Bandleep has no bearing on your official exam registration, scheduling, or results.
2. AI feedback is an estimate, not an official score
All band scores, CLB levels, and corrections you receive on Bandleep are generated by AI for practice purposes only. They are calibrated to follow the same scoring criteria published by the official test bodies, but they are not official scores and carry no weight with immigration authorities, universities, employers, or any other organisation. Only the British Council, IDP, Cambridge Assessment English (for IELTS), or Paragon Testing Enterprises (for CELPIP) can issue an official, recognised result. AI feedback can occasionally be inaccurate or inconsistent — always treat it as a study aid, not a guarantee of your real exam outcome.
3. No guarantee of exam results
We do not promise or guarantee any specific band score, CLB level, or improvement from using Bandleep. Your official exam result depends on many factors outside our control, including the testing body's own examiners and grading process.
4. Study materials
Where our practice questions or study guide reference publicly available official materials (such as IELTS.org band descriptors or the CELPIP Guidebook for Test Takers), this is done for study and reference purposes only and does not imply endorsement by those organisations.
