Can I use the free plan without signing up?▼
Yes! You can practise Writing, Reading, Listening, and Speaking without creating an account. Sign up with Google only if you want to track your progress or upgrade to Pro.
What is the difference between the weekly and monthly plan?▼
Both plans give identical unlimited access to all practice modules and AI feedback. The weekly plan ($7.99 CAD/week) is flexible if you are preparing for an exam soon. The monthly plan ($9.99 CAD/month) works out cheaper if you are practising over a longer period.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?▼
Yes. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal — just click 'Manage Subscription' in your dashboard. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
How is the band score or CLB level calculated?▼
Our AI analyses your response using the same criteria as official IELTS and CELPIP examiners — task completion, coherence, grammar, and vocabulary range. The result is a calibrated estimate: accurate enough for tracking progress and targeting weak areas, but not an official score.
Does Pro include CELPIP and IELTS?▼
Yes. One Pro subscription unlocks unlimited practice across all modules: IELTS Academic, IELTS General Training, and CELPIP General — Writing, Reading, Listening, and Speaking.
