Refund Policy

1. Free plan

Bandleep's free plan never requires payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can practise Writing, Reading, Listening, and Speaking for both IELTS and CELPIP without entering any payment details.

2. Pro subscriptions

  • Pro plans are billed in advance, weekly or monthly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard (via the Stripe billing portal, or by contacting us for Razorpay subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals, but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • We do not prorate or refund partial weeks or months when you cancel mid-cycle.

3. When we will issue a refund

We review refund requests case by case and will generally issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error.
  • You were charged but Pro access never activated on your account and our support team could not fix it.
  • You contact us within 48 hours of an accidental purchase and have not used any Pro features.

We are unlikely to issue a refund simply because you changed your mind after using Pro features for most of a billing period, or because an AI-generated band score estimate did not match your expectations — see our Disclaimer on the accuracy of AI feedback.

4. How to request a refund

Email bandleepsupport@gmail.com from the email address on your account, including the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe or Razorpay and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
