I was charged but my Pro plan isn't showing as active▼
This is usually a brief delay while our payment provider confirms the charge — refresh your dashboard after a minute. If it's still showing as Free after 10 minutes, email us with the email address you used to sign up and we'll fix it right away.
How do I cancel my subscription?▼
Go to your Dashboard and click "Manage subscription" on your plan card. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel anytime — you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
I used all my free attempts — what now?▼
Free accounts get 3 attempts per week per module (Writing, Reading, Listening, Speaking). Your quota resets weekly, or you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited attempts on the Pricing page.
Can I get a refund?▼
Email us at the address below with your account email and we'll review it case by case.
How do I delete my account or data?▼
Use "Clear Progress" on your Dashboard to remove your practice history, or email us to request full account deletion.
