This is usually a brief delay while our payment provider confirms the charge — refresh your dashboard after a minute. If it's still showing as Free after 10 minutes, email us with the email address you used to sign up and we'll fix it right away.

Go to your Dashboard and click "Manage subscription" on your plan card. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel anytime — you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe or Razorpay, both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers. Bandleep never sees or stores your card, UPI, or bank details.

Use "Clear Progress" on your Dashboard to remove your practice history, or email us to request full account deletion.

We use your Google account only to identify you, save your practice progress, and manage your subscription if you upgrade — we never post on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Every module (Writing, Reading, Listening, Speaking) gives you 1 free trial attempt with no account needed, plus 1 more once you sign in with Google, plus 2 more if you leave us an honest review (good or bad) — up to 4 free attempts per module in total. This is a one-time allowance, not a weekly reset — upgrade to Pro for unlimited attempts on the Pricing page.
