CELPIP Mock Test — Common Questions
How long does a full CELPIP mock test take?
A complete CELPIP General mock covers all four skills: Listening (about 47–55 minutes), Reading (55–60 minutes), Writing (53–60 minutes), and Speaking (15–20 minutes) — roughly 3 hours in one sitting, matching the real computer-delivered test.
Is the CELPIP mock test free?
Individual skill practice tests include a free tier, but the full four-module CELPIP mock test is a Pro feature. Pro also unlocks the complete library of CELPIP practice tests.
How is the CELPIP mock scored?
Listening and Reading are marked automatically and mapped to an estimated CLB level. Writing and Speaking are scored by AI against the official CELPIP dimensions — Content/Coherence, Vocabulary, Readability/Listenability, and Task Fulfillment — giving you a per-skill CLB and an estimated overall level.
Are the CLB levels official CELPIP scores?
No. All results are estimated, CELPIP-style CLB levels for practice only — a Bandleep practice estimate, not an official CELPIP score from Paragon Testing Enterprises.
How closely does it match the real CELPIP test?
The simulator mirrors the real computer-delivered CELPIP interface across every module, including the eight Speaking tasks and the grouped Listening and Reading formats. Content is original Bandleep material written to the real exam structure.
Which CELPIP does this cover — General or General LS?
This full mock covers CELPIP General (all four skills), used for Express Entry and permanent residence. If you only need Listening and Speaking for citizenship, practise those on the CELPIP General LS pages instead.
